AiWebSoft is free to read. To cover the costs of running the Website, including research, writing, hosting and maintenance, we earn money through advertising and, in some articles, affiliate links. We believe you should always know when we may benefit financially from the content you read. This page explains how that works.

1. Advertising
The Website displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and by other third-party ad vendors approved by Google.
- We do not choose the specific ads you see. Ads are selected automatically by Google and its partners, based on the content of the page and, where you have given consent, your interests.
- Ads are not endorsements. Showing an ad does not mean we recommend or endorse the advertiser, its products or its services.
- Ads are kept separate from our content. We do not design ads to look like our articles, and advertisers have no influence over what we write.
- Cookies and personalization: Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads, including personalized ads where you have consented. 2. Affiliate Links
Some articles may contain affiliate links. These are special links to products or services offered by other companies. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase or sign up, we may earn a commission.
- There is no extra cost to you. The price you pay is the same whether or not you use our link.
- Affiliate links never decide our recommendations. We recommend products and services based on our own research and judgment. We include products with no affiliate program when they are the best fit for readers, and we may leave out products that do offer commissions.
- We disclose affiliate links clearly. Articles that contain affiliate links include a disclosure near the top of the article, before the first affiliate link. For example:

3. Sponsored Content, Free Products and Other Relationships
- We do not accept payment in exchange for positive coverage, reviews or rankings.
- If we ever publish sponsored content, it will be clearly labelled as “Sponsored” or “Paid partnership” at the top of the article.
- If a company gives us free access to a product or service (for example, a free trial or review account), we will say so in the relevant article. This never guarantees positive coverage.
- We accept unpaid guest contributions from practitioners under our Write for Us guidelines. We never accept payment for guest posts, links or link placements, and contributors must disclose any relationship with companies mentioned in their articles.
4. The Rules We Follow
We aim to follow the disclosure rules and guidance that apply in our main reader markets, including:
- the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising, which require clear and conspicuous disclosure of material connections;
- the UK CAP Code, enforced by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA), which requires marketing communications to be obviously identifiable as such;
- the Competition Bureau Canada‘s guidance on influencer and online marketing;
- EU consumer protection rules on transparency in advertising and hidden marketing;
- Google’s advertising and publisher policies.
5. Our Editorial Independence
Our Editorial Policy applies to all content, whether or not it contains ads or affiliate links. Advertisers, affiliate partners and vendors have no influence over our topics, opinions or conclusions, and they do not review our articles before publication.
